In 1991, Darrel Spinosi, Tom Lynch, Sam Weaver, and Terry Hinzmann formed Arlington Construction Inc. Their goal was to build a company with a strong foundation, offering experience and commitment to quality and performance. They had worked together for several years prior to Arlington Construction, and that strong relationship carried over into the new company and has been a large reason for the company's successes.
Together the partners bring more than a 100 years of construction experience. Their backgrounds included building KMarts, Wal-Marts, hotels, various shopping centers, restaurants, and retail spaces.
Arlington Construction Inc. has experienced steady and sustained growth since 1991, with sales reaching $15,000,000. Our workforce consists around 35 employees. Our company size allows us to be able to handle most commercial projects, remodels, and tenant improvements., while not sacrificing our attention to service and job costs.
Our company has completed numerous commercial projects in 41 states and Puerto Rico. We are licensed in 24 of the 26 states that require contractors to be licensed.
